Effective July 1, 2013, BHSET has implemented a tobacco-free hiring policy. All applicants who are offered and accept a position with BHSET will be tested for nicotine during a regular pre-employment drug screen. Those individuals who have cotinine levels above the threshold will have their employment offer rescinded. Individuals who test positive are welcomed to reapply after six months.
